AWANA Bike Day. What a fun day this was! The kids were out on their bikes racing around the church campus ALL DAY. : ) The trike riders had a nice smooth, straight course to ride and ride they did. Lainey did the course at least 8 times. Each time the kids completed the course, they got some sort of prize (stickers, coupons for McDonald's, play dough...) and they were also timed. I think Lainey's fastest ride was 11 seconds. This time was not fast enough to place in the top 3 of her division but it was great to see her competing and riding "fast" after weeks of practice for this big day. Sierra had fun on her ride along and has big plans for racing next year!
